This 1st part is divided into 12 lessons. Every part focuses on a different area of children's psychomotor development from birth up to the age of 1 (intellectual and social development, child development in the supine position, in the position on the side, in the prone position and finally in the upright position, etc.) Parents can find there not only information about the ideal development of their child in individual skills month by month, but also the solution to problems or deviations from the correct development, which they can come across during everyday childcare. Baby cues and how to stimulate newborns
For every newborn, the first minutes, hours, days and weeks are the most important and we need to provide them with the best environment not only to release stress and tension, to prevent them from arching their back, but also to understand the basic supine position and the whole system of childcare. If infants are deprived of this environment, they are constantly stressed, suffer from tummy aches, cry, don't eat properly, can't sleep and all this results in poor development. The period between the 1st and the 3rd month is very important not only for the mastering of the stable supine and prone position with the head in line with the body, but also for accepting the rules and acquiring routine habits. If parents fail to manage this during that period, they're in for unnecessary distress. The third video focuses on the skills of infants up to the age of 6 months and the stimulation of their psychomotor development. It is divided into 6 lessons. The individual lessons start with information on a child's ideal development during this period and in specific areas, including a practice of the prone position, followed by possible solutions for deviations or problems in the development, which parents can come across during everyday childcare. Between the 3rd and 6th month of age, infants must master important skills (coordination in the hands and legs, rolling onto the side, position on the side, cross-lateral and 2nd upright position).
